GREEN TEA - COLD BREW

COLD BREW - The healthy summer drink is totally trendy!

Green Tea COLD BREW

Why you should try the cold version of the popular green tea:

1. Less caffeine✔️

The caffeine is released primarily through heat. This means you can drink the cold and therefore caffeine-reduced version in the afternoon without worrying.

2. Low tannins✔️

Not only does a cold brew not become bitter when steeped for a long time, the sweet notes also come to the fore.

3. Radiant color✔️

Compared to hot brewing, the beautiful green color of cold brew lasts for several hours!
This makes it ideal for storing in the fridge, as the eye also drinks.😉

4. 1001 Variations✔️

Try your cold brew with a splash of lime and mint or with a dash of tonic water and be amazed at how versatile this drink is.

PREPARING GREEN COLD BREW is so easy:

  1. Use double the amount of tea.
  2. Pour cold water over the green tea in your usual strainer.
Attention: If you want to serve it with ice cubes, then use only a third of the recommended amount of water for the infusion to avoid watering down when served with ice.
  3. Depending on the variety and taste, the brewing time is between 15 and 30 minutes.
➡️ Intensive Japanese Senchas require a maximum of 15 minutes
➡️ Light Chinese green teas and flavored green teas take up to 30 minutes
  4. Enjoy!
